现阶段我国大学生就业问题分析

现阶段我国大学生就业难问题日益突显,理论上主要是由于高等教育产品即大学生在就业市场的供求失衡,而导致这种失衡的现实原因主要包括个人高等教育需求膨胀对于高等教育供给规模的刺激、扩招政策的影响、社会需求的增长滞后以及众多现实制约因素。因此大学生就业问题的解决需要适当控制高等教育规模的扩张速度、提高高等教育的质量、消除大学生就业的制度性障碍、建立健全大学生就业渠道与失业救济制度。

An Analysis of College Graduates' Employment Problems at Present Stage

At present,employment for college graduates is getting increasingly difficult.In theory,the reason for this lies in the unbalanced demand and supply in job market,while in practice it is due to the increased demand for higher education and the expansion of student enrollment by colleges and universities,and an inadequate job market,etc.Accordingly,universities should control the pace of expansion and improve the quality of education.Besides,institutional obstacles for graduates' employment should be removed,employment channels and unemployment aid system should be established.
