高职院校太极拳课程体系建构研究

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法与比较分析法,对太极拳课程体系建构进行初步探索,从教学目标、教学内容、教学模式、教学评价等四方面出发,构建高职院校太极拳课程体系,试图突破太极拳门派众多、套路繁杂、推广无序、科学评价体系欠缺的氤氮之状,制定一套适合太极拳在高职院校中推广的标准课程体系,力求还原太极拳在高职院校体育课程中的本质属性,为高等学校体育的改革注入新鲜活力。

A Research on the Construction of Taiji Curriculum System in Higher Vocational Colleges

Through literature review,questionnaire and comparative analysis,the preliminary exploration of construction of taiji(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)curriculum system is carried out.From the four aspects of teaching objectives,teaching content,teachi ng mode and teaching evaluation,the taiji curriculum system of higher vocational colleges is constructed.This paper intends to break through the shackles of taiji schools,its complicated routines,promotion disorder and lack of scientific evaluation system,in order to develop a standard curriculum system which is suitable for the promotion of taiji in higher vocational college and restore taijiquan in higher vocational colleges.The essential attributes of the physical education curriculum will inject new vitality into the reform of college physical education.
