| 摘 要： | 体育与教育结合的发展思想已经形成共识，学者、专家对这方面的研究也比较多，但是如何评价和判断高校竞技运动发展问题却是相对滞后的。对高校竞技运动发展评估进行研究，不仅是高校发展体育需要研究的问题，也是国家、社会的迫切需要，因为它能反映一个学校或国家的竞技体育持续发展的客观利益与要求，可以有效地避免竞技体育快速发展时期所造成的人才、资产上的浪费。所以，加强对此问题的探讨，具有非常重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The developing thought of sports and education union has reached consensus,and there are much researcher about it,though,how to judge the development problem of university sports is relative lagged.The research of university sports developing is not only the need of university P.E developing,but the urgent need of nation and society,because it can reflect the objective benefit and request of the school and nation of sustainable development.And it can effectively avoid the waste of humanity and property of the quickly developing of sports,therefore,enforcing the discussion is vital significance. |
