| 摘 要： | 运用献资料法，研究在我国构建高等体育院校运动训练专业“教练员学”课程理论体系及教学内容的必要性及可能性。为应对科技、经济、教育与竞技体育相结合带来的挑战，满足提高高等体育院校运动训练专业培养质量的需要，适应运动训练学学科分化和竞技体育理论发展的趋势，迫切需要构建教练员学课程理论体系和教学内容。多年来积累的研究成果为这种尝试提供了可能。 |

| Abstract: | Based on documentation, the paper studied necessity and feasibility of setling up the coachology curriculum and its theoretic system in P.E. colleges in China. The authors thought that coachology must be constituted in order to meet the challenges brought by science, economy and education and trating sport to improve the quality of sport colleges, to suit the development of sports. |
