孟子的仁政思想及其哲学基础

“亚圣”孟子在继承并发展孔子“仁”学思想的基础上，形成了自己的学说体系，即“仁政”学说及“性善论”。“仁政”是孟子的政治主张，主要包括：（1）制民之产（2）民贵君轻（3）贵王贱霸（4）合理分工等四个方面的内容；“性善论”以及其带有宿命论思想的“英雄史观”，则是论证“仁政”主张的哲学基础。

Mencius Thought For The Policy Of Benevolence And Its Philosophical Basis

After inheriting and developing Confucian thought of benevolence , Mencius , the second wisest man , founded his own system of theories . They are the theory of the policy of benevolence and the theory of humanity .The policy of benevolence is Mencius political proposition , which mainly includes these four aspects: (1) provide people with property (2)It is the people , not the sovereign that should be emphasized (3) being gentleman instead of tyrant (4) reasonable division of labor. Both the theory of humanity and view on heroes which reflects the thought of fatalism are the philosophical basis to prove the proposition of the policy of benevolence .
