摘    要:面对高等职业学校学生个体素质的差距,实施分层教学,因材施教,成为目前提高高职教育教学质量的一条新途径。在分析了分层教学、分级考核、动态管理在实践中的应用及取得的一系列成果后,提出了分层教学管理在教学应用过程中出现问题的解决方法。

Abstract:With the declining of students' quality in higher vocational college,it is unimaginable how great the gap between different students within one class.Therefore the implementation of layering teaching or the education according to each student's quality has becom a new way to improve education quality.Combining with the situation in our school,this thesis makes an analysis on layering teaching, grade test and developing management which results in a series of achievements .At the same time,this thesis also points out some problems during the practice and lists out some personal suggestions,which is thought to have a sense of practice.
