| 摘 要： | 农业企业—农户合作中出现高违约率的现象,主要原因在于经济契约"经济人"的假设和"社会人"的现实之间存在矛盾,单一的经济契约无法规范双方的行为。因而在农业企业—农户合作中可引入心理契约概念,以弥补经济契约的不足。农业企业—农户要形成长效、稳定的契约关系,心理契约形成的机制中诱导机制、驱动机制、约束机制和强化机制缺一不可。

| Abstract: | The default rates between agriculture enterprise and farmers is high.The main reason is that the hypothesis about human in economic contract and the fact of social person are contradictory.A single economic contract cannot regulate the behavior of both sides,so the conception of psychological contract is introduced to remedy the deficiency of the economic contract.The revulsive mechanism,the driving mechanism,the commitment mechanism and the reinforcement mechanism forming in the psychological contract are necessary to form a long effective and stable contract relationship between agriculture enterprise and farmers. |
