| 摘 要： | 权利维护是大学生权利实现要求增强的迫切需要,社会和学校对大学生权利维护日益关注,要求校方、社会和法律渠道尊重和保护大学生权利,并加强大学生的自我维权实践。通过对大学生权利维护的现状进行分析,提出如何保护大学生权利的对策。

| Abstract: | Rights protection is urgent need for college students.Society and college are paying attention to college students＇ rights protection.It needs the society,college and law respect and protect the rights of college students.At the same time,college students should strengthen their ability to protect their own rights.It puts forward the suggestions to protect the students＇ rights by analyzing the status-quo of the students. |
