摘    要:在残酷的市场竞争中,没有竞争力的企业将被市场淘汰,能够长期生存和发展的都是那些经营灵活,能够根据竞争态势及时调整企业经营策略,具有生机活力的企业。在今天的经营环境和市场特征正在发生巨大变化的新经济背景下,企业惟有超越传统竞争,重塑竞争新理念,才能适应新变化从而持续、健康地发展。

Abstract:In the tough competition for markets, some enterprise ,which are no longer competitive ,will be eliminated, which others will be able to live long and develop vigorously as those enterprises are characterized with vigor and vitality and they can adopt flexible management and adjust their management strategies accord-ing to the competition ( concerning Products, prices. Scale) . In the new economy background where the management invironment and market characteristics are changing tremendously, as long as the enterprises over-take the traditional competition and re - establish competition conception, they can conform to new changes and develop continuously and healthily.
