新经济环境下高等职业教育发展定位的思考

随着经济全球化、信息化的迅速发展,以智能为核心的人力资本的配置、以科技为主的知识的使用与创新,已成为推动新时期经济发展的主要动力。高等职业教育作为高等教育体系中的一种类型,其核心任务就是培养大批适应社会经济发展的高技能人才。文章认为,高职教育肩负这一历史使命的前提在于明确其在经济发展中的重要地位,并在此基础上对其发展的规模、结构、人才培养的规格进行准确定位。文章从高等职业教育面临的经济环境入手,分析了现行高等职业教育发展的限制性因素,对我国高等职业发展的定位问题进行了初步探讨。

Pondering over the positioning of the development of high vocational education in a new economic environment

Along with rapid development of economic globalization and informationalization,intelligence-centered allocation of human resources as well as the application and innovation of knowledge chiefly based on science and technology have become main motive forces for promoting economic development in a new era,the core task of high vocational education as a variety in the system of higher education is to bring about large numbers of highly technical personnel suited to social and economic development.As believed by the article,the precondition for high vocational education to shoulder this historic mission is to specify its important position in economic development and make accurate positioning of the scale,structure and specification of personnel cultivation of its development on this basis.Proceeding from the economic environment faced by high vocational education,the article has analyzed restrictive factors in the development of existing high vocational education and made initial exploration into the positioning of the development of high vocational education.
