| Abstract: | Based on the analysis results of documents that searched in LISTA and published in VRD conference during 2004-2005 about virtual reference service, the paper revealed some new features and new developing trends of virtual reference service, and regarded that it is necessary to pay more attention to the cost efficiency, the cooperation & collaboration and the selection of chat tools of the service,hope some enlightments can be gained from it. |
