| 摘 要： | 科技保险市场存在着有效需求不足的市场困境:一方面险种设置单调不够完善,供给不足;另一方面投保企业数量较少,需求乏力.本文通过问卷调查和深度访谈,对苏州国家高新区科技保险创新试点进行了实证调查.经验材料支持了如下观点:"政府主导+市场运作+中介组织积极参与"是现阶段科技保险确保有效性应有的目标模式.在此基础上,本文进一步指出其政策含义.

| Abstract: | The lack of effective demands exists in the market of Sci-tech insurance.The insurance type setting is imperfect,and the insurance number of businesses is small.We empirically investigated the developments of Sci-tech insurance in Suzhou through 9 questionnaire surveys and 3 in-depth interviews.On the basis of research we pointed out: the government-led,market-oriented and intermediary organization-concerned mode is the optimal one.Some political implications are proposed lastly. |
