| Abstract: | College is the critical stage of college students＇ socialization. The society has higher expectations and requirements of the college students＇ socialization. Departments of College Students Affairs can effectively promote students to change from the ＂school people＂ to ＂social man＂ by means of ideological and political education, learning atmosphere construction, overall quality training, youth volunteer activities and social practice activities. |
