中国职业足球联赛理事会构建的反思与重构

在法人治理结构中，理事会居于核心与主导地位，主要负责组织内部的决策与监督职能。我国职业足球联赛理事会刚刚建立不久，理事会内部结构设置不够完善，理事会性质与地位较模糊，理事会的角色与功能难以有效发挥。在我国职业足球联赛治理架构中，理事会是独立于中国足协之外，属于职业足球联盟下属机构性质的理事会。理事会是确定联赛运营方向，制定联赛经营决策的组织机构。

Reflection and Reconstruction of Board of Professional Football League in China

The board is the core of corporate governance structure that mainly functions to the internal organization, decision-making and supervision. In the Chinese Professional League governance system, the board is independent of CFL,and is part of the subsidiary bodies of the Professional League. The board is responsible for the decision-making and management of national league. However, the Board of Chinese Football League has just been established so that its internal structure is not perfect, the nature and status is not clear, the role and function is not performed well.
