| 摘 要： | 建国以来,我国发生了四次绩效迥异的农村土地制度变迁。改革开放以来,我国实行了家庭联产承包责任制,曾表现出强大的生命力,释放出巨大的政策效应。然而,按照当时综合环境所设计的制度随着时间的推移和综合形势的变化,表现出了一定的不足和缺陷。文章通过对我国农村土地制度变迁的回顾,从制度经济学角度,分析土地制度变迁的动力和原因,为当前农村土地制度的进一步创新和发展提供思路。
