| 摘 要： | "团体心理辅导"课程是高校应用心理学专业开设的一门专业课程,课程注重学生实践操作能力的培养。表达性艺术治疗具有丰富多样的艺术媒介,在心理咨询和治疗中有着广泛的应用,同时不断探索其在课堂教学中的应用。高校"团体心理辅导"课程融入表达性艺术治疗,不仅拓展了教学形式,也丰富了教学内容、增强了学习的趣味性;优化团体心理辅导实践教学,可以更好地实现教学目标,达到育人目的。

| Abstract: | Group Psychological Counseling course is a professional course offered by applied psychology major in colleges and universities,which pays attention to the cultivation of students’practical ability.Expressive art therapy has a rich variety of artistic media and is widely used in psychological counseling and therapy.Meanwhile,it is necessary to constantly explore its application in classroom teaching.The integration of expressive art therapy into Group Psychological Counseling course in colleges and universities not only expands the teaching form,but also enriches the teaching content and enhances the interest of learning.Optimizing the practical teaching of Group Psychological Counseling can better achieve the teaching objectives and achieve the goal of educating talents. |
