新建地方本科院校教学团队建设研究

本科教育的质量是本科院校生存和发展的基础,是新建地方本科院校的生命。随着1999年以来高校不断扩招,提高教育教学质量是本科院校急需解决的问题。教师团队的教科研水平直接关系到人才培养的质量,如何加强师资队伍建设,促进新建地方本科院校的教学改革,使本科教育的质量和人才培养质量再上一个台阶成了新建地方本科院校直面问题。文章沿着"什么是新建地方本科院校教学团队-教学团队有哪些类型-为什么要建设教学团队-如何建设教学团队-在建设过程中存在哪些问题"的研究思路,探讨新建地方本科院校在教育教学改革过程中所面临的一些现实问题。

Research on the Construction of Teaching Teams in Newly-Built Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

The quality of undergraduate education is the foundation for the survival and development of undergraduate colleges and universities,especially for the newly-built local colleges and universities.With the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities since 1999,improving the quality of education and teaching has become an urgent problem to be settled for undergraduate colleges and universities.The scientific research level of teachers’team is directly related to the quality of talent training.How to strengthen teaching team construction,promote the teaching reform of newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities,and improve the quality of undergraduate education and talent training to a higher level has become an urgent problem in the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities.This paper follows a research order by focusing on the following questions,such as“what is the definition of a teaching team for a newly-built local undergraduate college or university?”,“what are the types of teaching teams?”,“why to build a teaching team?”,“how to build a teaching team?”,“what are the problems in the process of construction?”etc.,in order to discusses some practical problems faced by newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities in the process of education and teaching reform.
