民营企业投资行为分析——基于对133家温州民营企业的问卷调查

通过对133家温州民营企业在投资倾向、投资决策、投资环境评价等方面的调查与分析,得出的结论是:新投资项目投向温州以外的其他区域占了多数,投资其他区域的最重要原因是投资环境较好;多数企业认为影响投资决策的关键因素是投资成本低,而完善的行业协会、融资渠道畅通和能利用温州集体品牌对企业投资决策的影响较小;投资环境总体仍不尽人意,反映了土地及房产价格过高、技术与管理人员供应不足和政府部门的工作效率低等突出问题。

An Analysis on the Investment Action of Civilian-run Enterprises——A Questionnaire Based on 133 Wenzhou Civilian-run Enterprises

Having made an investigation in 133 Wenzhou civilian-run enterprises concerning investment trend, investment decision-making and the evaluation of the investment environment, it is concluded that most of the new investment projects have taken place out of Wenzhou and this is mainly due to the good investment environment. According to most of the enterprises, the key factor in the decision-making of investment is the low investment cost, while other factors such as the perfect industrial association, the good financing channel and the application of Wenzhou name brands play comparatively a less important role. The unsatisfactory overall invest- ment environment includes the problems of over high property price, the insufficient technical and management personnel and the low work efficiency of the government departments.
