竞技健美操男单一级新旧技术等级规定动作的对比分析

运用录像观察、数理统计和文献资料等方法，从难度动作、空间转换和操化动作方面对竞技健美操男单一级新旧技术等级规定动作进行整理和分析，结果表明：在难度动作方面，新等级规定动作的难度价值有所提高，难度组别分布不太符合男运动员体能情况，难度动作的位序排列比较接近理想中的位序排列；新规定动作的操化和空间转换更加多样化和复杂化。

A comparative analysis on the new and old required exercise of man single Class A technical grade of competitive aerobics

By using the methods of documents, video observation and statistics, this article sorts out and analyzes the new and old required exercise of man single Class A technical grade of competitive aerobics in aspects of difficulty parts, transform in air, and operating parts. The results show the difficulty value increases a little bit, difficulty groups＇ distribution do not accord with the athletes＇ physiques, the difficulty parts＇ order goes close to the ideal ones; the operation and transform in air of the new compulsories are becoming more and more diversification and complication.
