什么是“帽衫”？首先．幅衫是什么？大致来说，“帽衫”一词可以指带有帽子的运动衫，它同样可以被用来指代穿着帽衫并将帽子压过头顶遮住脸部的年轻人。穿着这种衣服的少年群体（19冒衫族）在整个英国的城镇中随处可见。帽衫族们站在街角处，抽烟、喝酒、制造麻烦。现在．帽衫派被看成社会混乱的标志。反帽衫派一些人正在采取措施对付这些帽衫派。许多学校已经禁止在学校和班里穿帽衫。位于肯特的一家购物中心（布卢沃特购物中心）也禁止穿连帽上农和棒球帽。他们说这类衣服遮住了脸．并且很吓人。近日，一位政府官员谈到了他与帽衫族打交道的一次经历。约翰·普莱斯考特（英国前副首相）说：“一年前，我在一家高速公路上的咖啡馆．一个小孩对我说了一些话。我说，‘你到底在说什么？’随后。他带着10名穿着帽衫的人返回来．你要知道这些小伙伴们穿着帽衫。他们向我走来的样子十分吓人。”

These days, hoodies are seen as a symbol of social disorder.Anti-hoodies Some people are already taking action against hoodies. Many schools have prohibited the use of hoods in school and class; and a shopping centre in Kent （the Bluewater Shopping Centre） has banned the wearing of hooded tops and basebal caps. They say that these items of clothing obscure the face and are intimidating.One government minister recently talked about his experience with hoodies. John Prescott（the deputy prime minister） said, ＂ went to a motorway care about a year ago and some kid said something to me. I said, ＇What did you say？＇ and he came back with 10 people with hoods, you know, these fellas with hoods on. He came at me in a very intimidating manner.＂
