| 摘 要： | 在近30年的发展历程中，电大在资源建设、学习支持服务、队伍建设、教学管理与改革等方面作出了有益的探索。为了让网络教育学院（简称网院）在寻求远程教育本质规律的实质性发展阶段少走弯路，本文从电大的经验教训出发，提出了对网院办学的启示。
