| 摘 要： | 在文献资料分析的基础上,结合实践,认为健身排舞作为一种新型的体闲运动形式,其基本特征包括音乐题材丰富,动作元素多元,舞步与音乐风格高度统一,形式适应性广、局限少。同时分析了其健身、健心、社会、美学和娱乐价值。

| Abstract: | On the basis of literature data analysis,the paper thinks that the basic features of Linedance include the high degree of dances and music,the richness of the theme music,less restrictive form and widely adaptability.As a new form of leisure sports,with the development,Linedance's heart-fitness value,social value,aesthetic value and entertainment value have been deeply reflected. |
