Study on the Students' Development Experience in Nanyang Polytechnic

Singapore is the successful model of small countries rising in contemporary world,and its innovation ability places first in the word.Nanyang Polytechnic（NYP） is the important base for human resources preparation in advance in Singapore,whose successful experience has had the profound influence in the world.NYP has formulated the explicit goal and strategic planning for students＇ development under the instruction of advanced idea,by implementing the plan of individual teacher,the plan of students＇ mutual help,the service of students＇ psychological counseling,the new mode of innovative and effective talents＇ training mode,colorful campus life,extracurricular activity integral system（CCAPS）,the modernized campuses with double functions of constructing services and management,strict quality standard and so on.It realizes the goal of students＇ healthy development,initiative development,and characteristic development,laying the solid foundation for students＇ lifelong development.Its experience of the students＇ development has provided a lot of important enlightenment for our vocational education to scientifically develop.
