关于山东省第21届运动会青少年武术套路比赛中影响器械抛接动作稳定性的心理分析

在武术套路比赛中,器械的抛接技术是掌握完成整套动作的重要环节和难点,也是比赛能否成功获得好成绩的关键。本文就2006年山东省第21届运动会青少年武术套路比赛中存在的问题以及原因进行了理论和技术分析,进一步讨论了影响器械抛接技术的心理、空间、时间等主要因素以及改进的措施。并结合我国优秀运动员(运动队)的训练经验,提出了加强青少年武术套路抛接器械稳定性的相关建议。

The Psychological Analysis on the Influencing Factors in the Stability of Throwing and Catching the Instruments in the Youth Martial Arts Set Match of the 21st Shandong Province Game

In the martial arts set match,throwing and catching the instruments is essential to accomplish the whole set,and also the key to gain success.Theoretically and technically,this paper analyzed the problems that existed in the 21st Shandong province game in 2006,furthermore,discussed the main factors such as psychology,space and time,as well as innovation measures that would affect the stability.This paper has given some suggestions on how to reinforce the stability for the youth in the match of throwing and catching instruments,combined with some top players' training experience.
