抗战时期日军对华北地区文教机构破坏述评

抗战时期，为了达到全面亡华改换华夏文化主体的目的，侵华日军对华北地区的文教机构极尽毁坏之能事，主要表现在：毁坏文教机构之房屋、抢劫仪器设备等资产；占据文教机关之建筑，改做军政用途。另外，为躲避战火，各类文教设施在迁移过程中也备受摧残。日军对华北地区所实施之“文化大屠杀”是对中华文明乃至整个人类文明的亵渎与犯罪。

The Damage of Cultural and Educational Institutions in North China by the Japanese Army in Anti-Japanese War Period

In Anti-Japanese War Period, for achieving the criminal purpose to eliminate Chinese culture, the Japanese army destructed and gabbed euhural and educational institutions in North China. The offences are mainly made as follows ： robbing euhural and educa- tional institutions housing, equipment and other assets and taking over cultural and educational institutions＂ building and converting them to military use. In addition, to escape from the war, different kinds of the cultural and educational facilities were destroyed se- verely in the migration process. The ＂cultural genocide＂ by the Japanese army in North China was a blasphemy and crime to Chinese civilization even in the history of the human civilization.
