| 摘 要： | 着眼于统筹城乡基本公共服务，逐步提高农民社会保障水平是重庆市着手做好的重点工作之一，社会保障成为地区发展的重要方面。分析了重庆市社会保障及经济发展水平的基本情况，借助社会保障水平发展系数（CSS），反映社会保障水平与经济发展水平的适应程度，通过建立多元线性回归模型进行相关实证研究，发现重庆市社会保障水平滞后于人口老龄化，最后提出科学预测人口老龄化水平的影响，推进社会保障的城乡统筹，发展老年产业等对策建议。 |
