Analysis on the Safety Management and Emergency Plan of Laboratories at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey

Improved laboratory safety management system is the necessary condition and important guarantee for stable laboratory operation and development.In order to improve the safety management system of biomedical laboratory in China,a series of safety management and operating rules of biomedical laboratories in USA were introduced by taking Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey as an example,including laboratory access system and safety training,laboratory safety protection measures,and laboratory emergency plane.Combined with the safety management experience of American laboratories,some suggestions are put forward on the improvement of safety management and emergency plan of biomedical laboratories in domestic universities,such as establishing access system and developing various training programs,providing comprehensive laboratory safety tips,improving laboratory emergency plane and optimizing laboratory safety management system,so as to promote the effective safe operation of laboratory staff and the long-term safe operation of laboratories.
