| Abstract: | The poor students and the non-poor students of vocational colleges have great differences in handling interpersonal relationships. Positive, healthy and harmonious campus culture can strengthen the communication ability of the poor students, perfect their psychology of interpersonal communication and help them to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships. |
