| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯中小学教师培训受社会转型期经济原因的影响,教师整体素质与学校教育教学质量整体下降。对此,俄罗斯教育部门从法律、制度、教育、培训等方面制定了相应的策略,保证了中小学教师的培训质量。

| Abstract: | Under the economic influence of Russian social transition,the elementary and secondary school teacher's training course suffers a lot;the teacher's qualification and school education quality degraded as a whole.Therefore,from aspects of law,social system,education and training,the Russian education departments put forward some corresponding strategies to ensure the training quality of elementary and secondary school teachers. |
