摘    要:随着中国电视媒体泛娱乐化倾向的扩大,煊赫一时的"真人秀"节目也逐渐脱离其精神价值,陷入发展的文化困境。因此,探索一条适合中国电视文化语境的,健康、可持续的发展之路至关重要。当下收视与口碑双赢的职场真人秀《职来职往》为我们提供了有价值的发展思路。

Abstract:With the overflow of pan-entertainment phenomenon in the Chinese TV programs,the used-to-be popular 'Reality TV Shows' gradually reveal the trend of vulgarization and get into the cultural dilemma of development.Therefore,it is of utmost importance to explore a healthy,sustainable way of development which fits the Chinese TV cultural context.The job-hunting reality show 'Jobs Come Jobs go',which enjoys a high audience rating and positive comments,provides a beneficial reference to us.
