摘    要:"卓越计划"作为由政府主导,由高校和企业参加的三方合作行为,有明确的培养目标、基本原则和实施特点。为顺利实施"卓越计划",高等工科院校应进行与"卓越计划"要求相适应的教师专业化建设。"卓越计划"模式下高校工科教师专业化应是集满足"卓越计划"实施要求的教育性、学术性、社会性、创新性和工程实践性为一体的动态发展过程。因此,应通过提供政策、制定法规、健全机制和追求卓越,从政府、学校和教师个人三个方面着手来加强高校工科教师的专业化建设。

Exploration into Construction of University Engineering Teacher Specialization Based on the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers

Abstract:The Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers is led by the government, universities and companies to participate in the tripartite cooperation behavior has clear training objectives, basic principles and implementation characteristics. For the smooth implementation, higher engineering universities should carry out the construction of teacher specialization specialization based on the plan is a dynamic to adapt to the requirements.University engineering teacher development integrating educational, academic, social, innovative and practical aspects,and meets implementation needs of the plan. It should be through the provision of policy, the formulation of laws and regulations, sound mechanism and the pursuit of excellence, from three aspects of the government, the school and individual teachers begin to strengthen the construction.
