新媒体时代大学文化的传承与创新

媒体是人类进行信息交流与沟通的重要渠道,随着生产力的发展与社会的变革,媒体在介质与形式方面都在发生着重要的进化,第三次工业革命催生了信息技术,而信息技术创生了新媒体。新媒体具有许多过去旧媒体不具备的优势,在大学文化创新方面可以产生更多的推进力。然而面对新媒体的优势与运用,许多高校在管理理念、硬件建设、运行机制以及教师队伍建设方面还没有做好充足的准备,致使在运用新媒体创新大学文化时产生了诸多不适。高校还应重塑新媒体运用的理念、创新新媒体运行机制、加强运用新媒体的人员培训,进而为大学文化的文化传承与创新贡献力量。
