高职院校实施"双证书"教育的思路和措施

摘    要:高职教育学历证书教育与职业资格证书教育在目标定位、教学内容、教学环境、能力培养及价值认定上存在差异,要求实施“双证书”教育时必须合理设置专业,将职业标准、鉴定内容融入课程、教材体系,有效配置教学资源。同时,必须明确鉴定宗旨与目的、建立专门鉴定机构、健全相关管理制度、确立职业标准,为“双证书”教育实施提供保障。

Abstract:There exist difference between degree certificate education and professional qualification certificate education in objective orientation, teaching content, teaching environment, ability cultivation and value identification in higher vocational education. Therefore, the implementation of "dual-certificate" education must set up specialties reasonably, integrate professional standards and identification content into curriculum and teaching material system, and allocate teaching resources effectively. Meanwhile, school must clarify the identification tenet and aims, build special identification institution, optimize relative management system and establish professional standards to provide guarantee for the implementation of "dual-certificate" education.
