| 摘 要： | 实现高教强省战略,需要充分发挥各方力量,做好高校学生工作。校友是帮助实现这一目标的重要资源。做好校友工作,对扩大高校与社会的联系、增强学校凝聚力和影响力、争取更多教育资源都具有重要意义;做好校友工作不仅可以为高校学生工作提供内在的精神支持,也可以从外部为学生成长成才提供物质帮助,对大学生思想政治教育、职业生涯规划指导和就业工作具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The student-related work requires the support from various sources among which is the resources of school alumni.School alumni can serve as ties between university and society,help enhance the cohesion and influence of the university and might turn into precious educational resources.Both spiritually and materially,our students may gain much support from the school alumni.Therefore,alumni-related work is significant for a school. |
