“红船精神”引领下的辅导员班主任工作机制探索

该文从辅导员班主任的角色定位出发,对辅导员班主任的工作现状进行研究,分析辅导员班主任工作的基本特点,结合"红船精神",从六个方向提出新时代加强大学生健康教育管理工作的新思路,更好地推进辅导员班主任队伍建设,提高学生的整体综合素质,促进学生全面发展。

Exploration on the Working Mechanism of Counselor Head Teachers under the Guidance of"Spirit of the Red Boat"

Starting from the role orientation of counselor head teachers,this paper studies the current situation of counselor head teachers’work,and analyzes its basic characteristics.Combined with the"spirit of the red boat",this paper puts forward new ideas to strengthen the management of college students’health education in the new period from six directions,so as to better promote the construction of the counselor head teacher team,and improve the overall quality and development of students.
