新形势下滑雪运动队开展思想教育的思考

雪上运动作为冬季室外运动项目,运动员必须要忍受其他项目所难以想象的极度严寒.随着市场经济的快速发展,在改善人民物质文化生活的同时,也对人们的思想观念、行为方式、文化生活带来了冲击和影响,这些负面影响不可避免地会对运动员产生冲击,侵蚀他们的思想,使其对雪上运动的前景堪忧,缺乏信心与斗志.教育理念存在偏差、训练比赛任务重、运动队结构复杂、文化层次普遍低、辨别是非能力弱等是影响政治思想教育效果的主要因素;"重训练比赛轻管理教育"的误区、对思想教育重视程度不够和教育理念有偏差等问题,在各个滑雪运动队都不同程度的存在.从提高滑雪运动队人员的科学文化素质,持续夯实教育根基入手,坚持把感恩教育作为成人成才的关键,大力塑造运动员良好的道德基础;从"讲政治"的高度,重视思想教育工作,培养运动员牢固树立"祖国利益高于一切"的政治思想觉悟.

Thoughts on Ideological Education of Skiing Team under new circumstances

Snow sports as outdoor winter sports, the athletes have to endure unimaginable cold than other projects. With the rapid development of market economy, while improving the people's material and cultural life, but also having an impact on people's thoughts, behaviors, and cultural life, and the athletes will be inevitably influenced by these negative impacts, eroding their thought so that they will be concerned about the future of snow sports and lack of confidence and morale. The main factors influencing the effects of political education are deviations in educational ideas, hard training tasks, complicated structure of sports teams, generally low cultural level, weak ability of distinguishing right or wrong and so on. The misunderstanding of "paying more attention to training and competitions than management and education", no enough ideological education level of value and deviation of ducation idea and other problems exist in each skiing team in different degrees. Starting from improving the scientific and cultural quality of skiing teams, and keeping on strengthening the educational foundation, insist on grateful education as the key to success, cultivate a good moral foundation of athletes. From the "political" point, pay attention to ideological education, cultivate athletes to firmly establish a political thinking of "our country's interest is upmost".
