我国与世界冬季体育强国差距及发展路径选择研究

我国冬季体育运动的发展进入了快速发展的通道,但在冬季体育科研力量、冬季体育人才培养、冬季体育的大众基础均等方面我国与世界冬季体育的强国还存在一定的差距.通过对大量数据的实证研究,提出我国成为冬季体育运动大国、强国的突破口应选择加强冬季体育运动场馆的建设;加快冬季体育运动器材、服装等的研发建设;加快建设完整的人才培养体系;加快发展北冰南展计划;认识冬季体育运动项目特点、掌握发展趋势,把握项目规律、提高训练层次;进一步深化举国体制;促进冬季体育运动的大众化;促进冬季体育运动的俱乐部制等为快速发展的可靠路径,缩小我国与冬季体育运动强国之间的差距等措施促进我国冬季体育运动项目的跨越式发展.

Research on the gap Between China and the World Winter Sports Powerful Countries and the Choice of Developing Ways

GWinter sports in our country has a rapid development. However, in the winter sports scientific strength, talents cultivation, public basis of winter sports, our country has still a gap between the winter sports powerful countries. With the empirical study of a lot of datas, it has been proposed that the breadch of becoming a winter sports power and powerful nation should be chosen to strengthen the construction of winter sports venues, to speed up the studying construction of winter sports equipments and clothing, to build a complete training system, to speed up the plan of ice in north developing in south, to understand the characteristics and trends of winter sports events, to grasp the law of projects and improve training level, further to deepen whole-nation system, to promote the popularization of winter sports, to promote the rapid development of winter sports club system as the reliable ways, reducing the gap between our country and winter sports powerful coutries to promote the great-leap-forward development of Chinese winter sports.
