IT能力、知识共享对组织创新绩效影响的实证研究

摘    要:如何促进组织创新绩效的提升一直是社会各界普遍关心的问题.首先对IT能力、知识管理等相关概念进行了研究,然后应用假设检验的相关理论与方法,并借助SPSS、AMOS软件,构建了IT能力、知识共享、学习能力以及创新绩效间的理论模型并提出了相关假设,接着在调研数据的基础上,对假设进行了验证.研究结果表明,IT能力对组织创新绩效的提升有着显著的促进作用,且通过知识共享对其影响的效果更为明显.

Abstract:How to promote organization innovation performance is a problem commonly concerned by our society.This paper firstly researches on the concept of IT capability,know ledge sharing and so on,then constructs the concept model in IT capability,know ledge sharing,learning capacity and innovation performance and raises some hypothesizes,and then validates them based on investigation data.The results show that it is significant in improvement of innovation performance through IT capability,and the improvement is even more obvious w hen know ledge sharing acts as the intermediary variable.
