| Abstract: | Based on the application of the analytical method of ASME,the process of procurement in universities has been analyzed.Meanwhile it has been optimized by the application of the main idea of the BPR and the E-Procurement.At last the advantages of the optimized process of procurement in universities have been expounded,and some matters need attention in the process of application have been proposed. |
