| 摘 要： | 在分析城际应急网络结构的基础上,构建了基于弹性的城际重大危险源应急网络协同机制,并分别从风险弹性、信息弹性、资源弹性三个角度对城际应急网络的协同弹性水平进行了研究,突出了协同弹性机制对城际重大危险源应急网络有效运行的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the structure of intercity emergency network,emergency network synergy mechanism of intercity major hazards based on resilience is established.Then the level of synergy resilience of intercity emergency network is studied from three aspects of risk resilience,information resilience and resource resilience,which gives prominence to the importance of synergy resilience mechanism to the effective operation of intercity emergency network. |
