| Abstract: | The training of school masters in the rural schools is supposed to be guided by scientific view of development,with various levels of school masters taken into account.The training must be conducted in a various and continuous way so as to promote harmonious development of the training.Thus we can promote the development of the education and economy in the rural areas and quicken our steps to construct our new socialist countryside. |
