| 摘 要： | 知识经济是以知识为基础，以创新为灵魂的经济，知识经济已见端倪，知识的创新、创新型人才的培养显得至关重要。作为培养人才为己任的教育理所当然地应承担起培养创新型人才的使命。培养创新型人才的教育，是以培养具有创新意识和创新能力的新人为目标，以基础知识和高新科技知识为载体，以发展的、综合的指标为工具评价教育效果的教育模式。然而，我国的传统教育是一种规范性教育，是一种封闭性教育，这很难适应知识经济时代需要。因此，必须改革我国传统的教育模式。

| Abstract: | Intellectual economy is an kind of economy which is based on knowledge and creativity.Intellectual economy has seen an indication and its key point lies in the innovation of the knowledge and the training of innovative personnel.Education is tasked with personnel training,so it should shoulder the responsibility of innovative personnel training.This kind of education takes the training of new personality with innovative intention and ability as its aim,basic knowledge and advanced and new scientific and technical knowledge as its media,developing and comprehensive target as tools to evaluate education effects. |
