| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展，运动员从事商业行为是社会发展的必然趋势。运用文献资料法、理论分析法分析了我国竞技运动员的商业行为现状，同时在了解了国家的有关法规政策以及国外的相关情况下，对于如何提高运动员道德水平，如何处理好运动员商业行为与运动训练的关系，国家和运动员的利益分配问题以及如何建立健全体育法制等问题。提出了几点参考性建议。以期对我国竞技体育的管理以及体育产业的完善有一定的建设作用。

| Abstract: | With the development of market economy,it is an inexorable trend for athletes to be engaged in business.This paper analyses the current situation of the business behavior of Chinese athletes, by means of referring to documents and theoretic analysis. Meanwhile, the author of the paper proposes several suggest.ions on how to treat the relationship between the ubusiness behavior and training of athletes and the allocation of interests of government and individual as well as howto establish and perfect sports laws, etc. acoording to relevant regulations,policies home and abrood,for the purpose of providing certain constructive function for the management of domestic athletic sports and the perfection d sports industry. |
