| 摘 要： | 我国工程硕士教育近年来发展迅速,随之工程硕士教育管理也呈现出一些问题。因工程硕士教育有着项目的一些属性,本论文结合项目管理的理论来探讨工程硕士教育项目化管理,提出了利用项目管理工具WBS对工程硕士教育工作进行结构分解,实施工程硕士教育全过程动态项目管理模式的观点。

| Abstract: | In recent years China＇s engineering master education develops rapidly,along with engineering master education management also presents some problems.Engineering master education has some properties of project,this paper combines the theory of project management to analyze project management of engineering master education,proposes that using project management tools WBS to breakdown the structure of engineering master education,implement the dynamic project management in engineering master education process. |
