高校图书馆留学生信息服务问题研究——基于上海大学留学生信息服务现状的调查分析

近年来,我国高等教育国际化飞速发展的态势与高校留学生信息资源服务缺失之间的矛盾突显.文章通过对上海高校留学生具体信息需求与图书馆信息服务建设情况的数据进行调研,分析高校图书馆留学生信息服务存在的问题,并从五个方面探讨其解决方式,以期高校图书馆与留学生群体之间构建更具针对性、主动性和互动性的融入式合作服务模式,为深化高校图书馆信息资源服务探索新的方向.

Research on the Information Service in University Libraryfor Foreign Students in China——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of the Information Service for Foreign Students in Shanghai University

In recent years, the contradictions between the rapid development of the internationalization of higher education in China and the lack of the information service for foreign students are obvious.Through the investigation of the specific information needs of foreign students and the data of information service construction of library in Shanghai universities, this paper discusses the existing problems and explores the solutions from five aspects.An Integrated cooperative service model with of information service for foreign students must be constructed, and inspires the future development of information service for university libraries in China.
