| 摘 要： | 教师职业专业化呼唤和要求教师教育专业化，专业化是现代教师教育发展的趋势和潮流。现在世界各国都在以强有力的措施来推进教师教育的一体化和专业化，力图统舍教师职前培养和职后进修的作用，通过教师教育大学化来促进教师素质的全面提高。
