我国女子三级跳远落后因素及对策

通过收集国内外重大比赛资料，从三级跳远的速度因素，各跳之间的相互影响，三级跳远比例与成绩的关系及平衡能力和摆动技术等技术因素进行分析研究，未形成一套科学完整的训练体系，从而制约着我国女子三级跳远运动成绩的进一步提高．分析问题成因，提出相应对策，为教练员和运动员从事女子三级跳远的工作提供参考．

Analysis of factors of women triple jump getting behind in China and the countermeasures

By collecting the information of the grand competitions in China and foreign countries, this paper analyzes factors of slow achievement evolution of China＇s womens triple jump. Because of the speed in triple jump, interaction among each movement ,relationship between proportion and result in triple jump, and technical factors such as balance and swing, a scientific and systemic training system is still being formed, and accordingly, improvement of China＇s women triple jump is restricted. Therefore, this paper analyzes reasons of the problem, and gives corresponding countermeasures for coaches and athletes engaged in women triple jump.
