| 摘 要： | 政策制度的一体化是体育公共服务城乡一体化的重要组成部分。政策理论范式下城乡体育公共服务政策制度的一体化包括政策制定、政策执行以及政策监督反馈的一体化。促进城乡体育公共服务政策制度一体化发展需要加强体育政府部门人员的培训，发挥地方政府部门的带头作用，突出农村重点，狠抓基层政策制度的执行与落实。

| Abstract: | The integration of policy system is an important part of the integration of the urban and rural sports public service. The integration of the urban and rural sports public service includes policy making, policy application and policy monitoring integration. The paper proposes to strengthen the training of the staff working in the sports adminis- tration departments, exert the leading role of the local government and implement the policy on the level of the rural areas. |
