准中职师资实践教学能力形成与发展的有效策略

摘    要:借鉴国内外中职师资实践教学能力培养的成功经验,依据多年中职师资职前培养的实践历程,针对准中职师资实践教学能力培养过程中存在的突出问题,提出构建"三层次六模块"实践教学能力提高体系,即准职教师资的实践教学能力培养由基础技能层次、专业技能层次、综合训练层次组成,分别对应现代教育技术模块、实验技能模块、专业技能模块、科技活动模块、专业技术证书模块和职业资格证书模块。

Abstract:Refering successful experiences of the cultivation of practical teaching ability of teacher staff of secondary vocational schools at home and abroad,taking years of practical experiences of pre-post training of teacher staff of secondary vocational schools as the basis,and aiming at the existing problems in the process of cultivating practical teaching abilities of teacher staff of secondary vocational schools,the paper puts forward to construct "three levels and six modules" system of improving practical teaching ability,which means that the cultivation of practical teaching ability of teacher staff of higher vocational schools is consist of basic skill level,professional skill level and comprehensive training level,and respectively corresponding with modern educational technology module,experimental skill module,professional skill module,scientific and technological activities module,professional technology certificate module and professional certificate module.
