| 摘 要： | 对高校体育教师职业素质的构成要素进行了探讨,认为高校体育教师的职业素质应包括不断更新思想观念,健康的人格心理,不断进取的创新精神,较高的科学素养,完善的知识结构,较强的体育科研能力,指导学生训练和身体锻炼能力,专项训练和专项理论能力,较强的教学能力,敬业乐业等要素。

The vocational qualities are including continuously renewing ideological opinions,healthy personality psychology,enterprising innovative spirit,higher scientific qualities,perfect knowledge structure,stronger ability of sports scientific research,ability of guiding students training and exercising,ability of specialty training and theory,stronger teaching ability and dedication. |
